
Courses Overview
Through the study of living books and excellent writing, we guide students in developing their writing skills by focusing on written narration, imitating great writers, fostering critical thinking skills, and a deep appreciation for language and written communication.
Our courses include:
- Narration, both oral and written
- Classic and challenging works by great authors
- Occasional copywork and dictation
- Discussion and collaboration between students
- Development of critical thinking skills through writing
- Individualized feedback on writing assignments
- Keeping a commonplace book (for Introduction to Composition students and above)
